Dot is a five year old, black spotted female Dalmatian. She is vaccinated, desexed and Microchipped. Dot was surrendered as being deaf. After BAER (Brainstem Audio Evoked Response) testing, it was determined that Dot was not actually deaf at all, but actually had better than average hearing!
She is currently being trained to response to sound as she has never been taught to response previously. She is a very well behaved dog, dispite this disability. She gets along well with other dogs, and people, but likes to chase the cat. She is housetrained, and can walk nicely on a lead. She is a smiler.
Dot would make a great companion for the right home that understands, and will continue to work with her problem. Dot is Free to the right home.
